EZ Loader Pallet Positioner
The EZ Loader's innovative design automatically adjusts to the required pallet height as the load changes. The worker has access to the load from all positions, eliminating reaching, bending or straining. This is accomplished because of the smooth pallet rotation. The pnuematic support system provides maximum stability and smooth operation. There is a built-in relief system which prevents loader from being over pressurized. An air gauge is standard for monitoring system pressure and capacity. The steel base frame is 50.5" x 30" W with a 43" dia. turntable. The unit has built-in maintenance checks and secured center pivot on the rotator ring. Finger guards under the rotator ring are standard. Specify: (EZ-1-30) 450 lbs. to 3000 lbs. maximum capacity, or (EZ-1-45) 850 lbs. to 4500 lbs. maximum capacity.
