Boltless Shelving Units
#5A-5 Shelf Unit Shown

This durable shelving utilizes low profile Single Rivet Beams to maximize available storage space. Manufactured from heavy duty steel, these units feature the Series 200 boltless design which provides for easy installation without nuts, bolts or clips. Shelves can be adjusted every 1 1/2" and are accessible from all 4 sides. These units are available in gray, with 5/8" particle board decking. Units include double rivet construction top and bottom, front and back. Single rivet for intermediate shelves. |
Many other heights available: 5', 6', 8', 10', 12', or cut to size.
Shelf capacities are based on evenly distributed loads

Material Flow Custom Built Shop Carts
This pair of heavy duty shop carts is a good example of our custom, built-to-order fabrication. Material Flow’s large cart has a 46 3/4” by 96” usable top surface that is 38 1/2” from the floor. The lower shelf is 34 3/4” by 84” and is 15 3/8” from the floor. The small cart has a 46 1/2” by 48” usable top surface that is 38 1/2” from the floor. The lower shelf is 34 3/4” by 35 3/4” and is 15 3/8” from the floor. Both carts top surface’s overhang the frame by 6”. The top is heavy duty decking with a pebble grained rubber top. Carts roll on four (4) 5” polyurethane tread on poly core casters with brakes. We can build carts like this for you, or build to your specifications. Our entire caster line is at your disposal.
