Drum Palletizers allow a single person to hook onto a heavy drum, then lift it off the floor. Once lifted the drum can easily be transferred onto a pallet. The Morse Drum Spotter is an innovative drum handler designed to easily move a rimmed 55-gallon drum onto and off pallets up to 6" high. It is an ergonomic, simple-to-use, and economical way to transport drums around your facility. 82A Series Drum Palletizers allow you to move drums on and off standard pallets, spill containment pallets and drum dollies. Pour at up to 26" high without the safety risks of manhandling heavy drums. The V-shaped base is designed so you can raise and place a drum at the corners of a pallet. 82H Series models move drums on and off standard pallets and spill containment pallets in the upright position. The V-Shaped base of these drum movers allows you to raise and place a drum at the corner of pallets. It can lift an upright drum 20" high.
Drum Rackers are designed to raise a drum, then rotate it into the horizontal position for placement on a drum storage rack. Morse 405 Series Omni-Lift Drum Rackers enable you to rack drums up to 72" high. They are easily handled by one person. Lift a drum from either horizontal or vertical position on the floor. The MORStak drum racker is your material handling solution for safe, efficient and cost effective drum storage and retrieval. MORStak drum rackers replace unsafe "bare fork" handling of drums with hydraulic lifting equipment specifically designed to safely rack your drums. 611 Series Models have a single stage lift for racking heights of up to 58". 620 Series Models feature a two stage lift that can accommodate racking heights of up to 102". Both models can handle a 55-gallon drum with a faucet in place. This allows your drum rack to serve as a dispensing station. The MORStak drum racker arms fit easily into spaces below the curvature of a horizontal drum. This provides the most efficient use of drum storage space because drums can be racked side by side with virtually no space between them.
