Dimension 4 Storage Carts

D4 Rolling Carts provide a platform for equipment or supplies that need mobility. Optional shelving adds even more storage area.

D4 Rolling Storage and Equipment Carts are designed for moving parts and supplies around the production floor to where they are needed. Up to 500 lbs. of supplies can be easily moved with a handle that is ergonomically designed for comfort and safety.

MTS Rolling Carts are heavy gauge mobile platforms that feature two slotted vertical uprights for attaching shelves, parts cup holders and other accessories. The slotted uprights allow an unlimited variety of configurations. The ergonomic guide handle accommodates the widest range of user’s size and strength.

Dimension 4 Accessory Stations

IAC Accessory Stations are designed to be placed adjacent to existing workbenches, conveyors, or wherever additional storage and work area is needed. Uprights include a grooved channel to mount and adjust a wide range of accessories to any height.

Accessory Stations are ideal for organizing manuals, tools, test equipment and parts, for multiple shifts. They also accommodate above-the-worksurface accessories such as shelves, lights, power strips, tool trolleys, parts cup stringer, and swing arm platforms.

Mobile Cabinets are lockable storage units that can be conveniently wheeled throughout a work area. Available in a wide variety of drawer and cabinet configurations, and with a broad selection of paint and laminate choices to fit into any environment.

Gravity Feed Racks

IAC’s Gravity Feed Racks have optional angle adjustable roller conveyor shelves to facilitate orderly distribution of parts and material to workstations and conveyor lines.

Modular construction allows for many configurations and reconfigurations when applications change. Adjustable shelves with adjustable roller tracks and dividers allow easy configuration for a wide variety of containers. The all welded side frames allow the shelves to be infinitely adjusted up and down.

The side frames are welded for increased stability and reduced assembly time. Frames are supplied with heavy duty leveling glides. 4" plate casters with polyurethane wheels, all swivel and all total lock can be ordered as an option. Casters add 5" to overall height of unit. Roller tracks have 1" diameter polyethylene wheels on 1-1/8" centers. Frame components, shelf frames and dividers are finished with powder coat paint. The roller tracks are galvanized steel.

Roller Conveyor Systems

Add speed and efficiency to your production lines with the addition of one or more of IAC's conveyor technologies. Material Flow's sales and engineering group will help get you going.

Roller Conveyors consist of metal or plastic rollers inlaid into the worksurface or mounted in a frame system. They can be either manually operated (gravity feed) or power driven. Typically selected when moving large objects such as boxes or tote bins, or more specifically when operator pacing is preferred.

1. Consider vertical reach along with horizontal reach if the conveyor is located above worksurface.
