This large scissor lift was built for an airline company for loading and unloading cargo planes. It is 30' long and fully portable. The lift provides height adjustment to 13' and versatility to service various locations. The design incorporates hydraulic cylinders pushing from both ends, ensuring level lift and even load force distribution on the leg assemblies. Portability is achieved by heavy-duty cushioned swivel casters with swivel locks.

This 90,000 lb. high cycle lift table is used in the manufacture of fiberboard-type products, in a high speed, continuous output operation. This lift table was designed to operate in a corrosive and abrasive environment. It features a 12 cylinder, dual-opposed, tandem design to equally balance the load within the scissor leg assemblies.

This is a custom-designed tandem lift table for use in the logging industry. The table is 45' long with an 8' wide platform. The table features 6' of vertical travel and was engineered to handle loads up to 20,000 lbs. Freshly cut logs, up to 50' in length are positioned on the table’s platform, raised, and then individual logs are fed into debarking equipment. The lift table was designed, engineered and manufactured to operate reliably and continuously in an extreme, outdoor environment. - snow, sleet, ice and rain. |

This very large scissor lift was created for a turbine engine manufacturer that required an adjustable work station for engine testing procedures. Two tandem scissor tables (left and right hand designs) with lateral stabilizers were combined to make up the structure. An aluminum guardrail system with swing gates for operator access creates a safe work area on the top deck. The design incorporates lateral deck stabilizers to accommodate offset loads. A serrated grating deck surface provides excellent traction for additional operator safety.

This 26' x 40' quad design, double scissor lift platform was designed and assembled in four separate sections. The work platform was designed to lift personnel and equipment 18' to an elevated work and assembly area. The internal structure, as well as the placement of the individual scissor assemblies, provides a very stable work surface at any elevation.

Multistage Scissor Lifts are designed to provide relatively high vertical travel with minimum platform sizes. Multistage lifts are often used to to service mezzanines and are frequently used as elevated maintenance or assembly platforms. Smaller models can be used in congested work areas as ergonomic work positioners. The comparatively small footprint keeps floor space requirements to a minimum.
The lift at right was developed for a theatre department to retrieve stored props and equipment from the basement underneath the stage and lift them into position for use. The triple scissor configuration provides 19' of vertical travel. Arbors push open the doors and control door closure when lowering. The design incorporates full width hinge pins, scissor leg cross bracing and roller retainers to ensure stable, consistent and safe operation.
Many sizes, capacities and options are available.

Lift & Rotate Work Positioners
|
Adding a rotating top when specifying your scissor lift provides improved ergonomics for the worker. Instead of reaching for the load, the top can be manually rotated into the ideal work position. It's very useful for manufacturing and assembly operations, allowing near side access from pallets, etc. The Rotating Top Work Positioner at right automatically adjusts up and down, keeping the load at an ergonomically optimum position as weight is added to or removed from the table. Give us a call with your requirements, and we'll help you find the lift best suited to your needs. |

Tilting Work Positioners

This professional grade Lift and Tilt Table raises the load, then tilts it, allowing the operator to position loads at the ideal height and angle for optimum ergonomics. The completely sealed motor and compact hydraulic pump nest within the bottom frame for maximum protection and space utilization. The structurally reinforced platform will provide years of trouble free service.
|

This Lift and Tilt Table can be lowered all the way to the floor, eliminating the need for a pit or approach ramp. It can be loaded with a pallet jack, handtruck, hand cart or lift truck. An accordion bellows increases safety by keeping foreign objects clear of the scissor mechanism.

This heavy-duty inverter was designed for a steel processor. It was engineered to safely rotate a 60,000 lb. roll of steel 90° from a horizontal to a vertical position. The inverter features dual direction, full load rotation capabilities. The inverter’s heavy-duty direct gear and chain drive actuation provide precise, smooth and safe rotation. To ensure that the load is held securely in position at any point of rotation, the inverter also features a "power to release" safety brake system.
