Model 250TB Trough Bed Belt Conveyor

Slider Bed Belt Conveyors

These versatile units are ideal for assembly, inspection, packing and sorting lines. 1/2 HP 230/460 3 Ph. motor is totally enclosed. Black friction belt runs one direction. Conveyor sets up easily and quickly to save installation time. These units have 4" drive and tail pulleys which are crowned. Drive pulley is fully lagged, has 1 3/16" shafts, sealed and lubricated ball bearings. 10 Ga. channel frame with 14 Ga. bed with legs that adjust 24" to 36". Overall height (top of belt): 28"-40". 60 F.P.M. is Standard - Optional Speeds From 25-125 F.P.M. Also Available.

Guard Rails for Powered Belt Conveyors

Construction: Medium duty rails are 12 ga. hot rolled steel; heavy duty rails are 7 ga. hot rolled steel; all are powder painted except guard rails for light duty conveyors normally supplied with galv. or alum. frames which are galv.; with mounting holes.
Guard Rails : Available in several styles; model GC, adjustable channel guards; model FC, fixed channel guards; model GA1.5, angle guards (1.5" high); model HGA1.5, heavy duty angle guards (1.5" high); model FSG, formed steel guards (7 heights from 2" to 24" high). Specify "both sides" or "outside only" when ordering. Also specify conveyor model number you will be mounting to, so we can ensure you receive the proper guard rails & mounting hardware.
