Sound Barriers
Cascade Sound Barriers are lightweight and easy to install, giving you an instant reduction in ambient noise levels in your shop or fabrication area. Use them on walls or ceilings to reduce echoes and knock down excessive noise. They can provide up to 12 dBA reduction depending on the noise source.

Sound Barriers
For damping excess noise in a wide variety of applications take a look at the products shown below. Acoustical Ceiling Baffles hung at a density of 1 baffle every 10 sq. ft. of floor space can achieve a typical noise reduction of 4 - 7 dBA. Features a 1 1/2" thick, high density, non-combustible fiberglass core sealed in a 2 mil off-white polyethylene cover. Flame retardant baffles are complete with brass grommets for hanging. Do you need to line equipment enclosures or have needs that require custom fitting? Bulk rolls of acoustical material may be the solution. The style you select will be based on the environment in which it will be installed. Standard Acoustic Foam is a great low cost option. For dirty environments, Aluminized Foam Rolls add wipe-down convenience. These are particularly effective for absorption of mid to high frequency noise. Quilted Fiberglass Rolls are made of a vinyl-coated, gray colored facing cloth that is quilted to 2 lb. / cu. ft. density fiberglass. Ideal for use on walls, partitions and around machines.
