Light-Duty Gravity Conveyors
These conveyors are great for use with small or delicate parts on assembly tables or to bridge the gap between assembly line and packing tables. Rollers have steel ball bearings. 1/4" dia. spring loaded axles. Conveyors are shipped with rollers in high position 1/8" above the side frame but can also be set at 3/4" below top of side rails. Capacity per roller: steel - 30 lbs, aluminum - 20 lbs. Capacity per supported 5' section: steel - 800 lbs, aluminum - 500 lbs. Specify 10' or 5' sections. |

Rollers run on 4 1/2" centers and are set high or low (specify) on 7/16" hex axles. 54" overall width, 51" wide between rails. All welded 4" x 1 1/2" 10-ga. channel steel frame with butt couplers. 290 lbs. capacity per roller. 3500 lbs. fully supported frame capacity on the floor. If H-stands are needed, 5'-0" centers are a must. Ships KD.
