VERTICAL CONVEYORS

Reciprocating Vertical Conveyors (Model RVC) and Continuous Vertical Conveyors (Model CVC) convey loads of varying product size and weight, preserving precious plant floor space. Use model CVC for high flow rates and RVC for lesser flow rates. Model RVC is shown with optional blue paint. Vertical conveyors provide an effective use of space compared to an incline belt conveyor.  The unique solid roller / solid bushing chain provides three times the life of standard roller chains.  Reciprocating and Continuous Vertical conveyors are a safe and easy-to-maintain alternative to belt conveyors.

Reciprocating Vertical Conveyors allow an integral conveyor to receive a product at one level, raise it to another level(s), discharge the product, then return to the first level in order to receive another product.  They allow you to utilize multiple levels of an are, saving valuable floor space.  They can also provide a link between floors in a multi-story building.
