Maintenance Vehicle MV500

Tugger Utility Vehicle PMT500

The Wesley Tugger Tow Vehicle is designed for transporting other non-powered carts or vehicles around your shop, plant or grounds. It's 60"L x 36"W. It can be made to your specifications, and many options are available. Towing capacity is 5000 lbs. It rolls on 4.80 x 8 pneumatic tires. The battery is a 220 amp hour unit available in two configurations, and has a built -in automatic charge. Instrumentation includes an LED battery discharge indicator and LCD hour meter. Headlights, tail lights, stop light and safety strobe light can be added. It features a heavy duty direct drive helical gear transaxle with a 17:1 ratio and tops out at up to 10 M.P.H. depending on battery option chosen. Steering is direct link rack & pinion with steering wheel set for a standing driving position. Brakes are self-adjusting mechanical drum type with a foot operated parking brake. The body is constructed of 14 ga. diamond plate steel. Many options are available.
