Delivery Methods and Timing

Items shipped within the 48 contiguous states are typically shipped by UPS ground (Federal Express and USPS also maybe used). Size and weight of product determines shipping method. Bulk items are shipped via common carrier. Overnight or second day shipping are available at an additional charge.

Items shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states are customarily shipped by common carrier and can be expected in approximately 30 days. Express shipping is available at an additional charge. Shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states will be verified and approved by the customer prior to shipment from F.O.B. point for the product being purchased.

F.O.B. points may limit shipping options on certain products.

Backorders: Customers will be notified of backorders when an order is placed. Backordered products will be shipped as soon as possible. We will work with our vendors to determine an estimated shipping time for each specific situation and pass this information on to the customer before fulfilling the order.
